Obituary for Terry Heinse
Anthon, IA - Terry Heinse, 36, of Anthon, Iowa died unexpectedly, Sunday, August 5, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa after being stricken at home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the Anthon United Methodist Church in Anthon with Pastor Karen Handke officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery at Midway, rural Battle Creek, Iowa. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 7 after 4:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at the Armstrong Funeral Home in Anthon, Iowa. Terrence Michael Heinse was born November 19, 1975, at Sioux City, Iowa, the son of Kevin Heinse and Norma (Ankrum) Heinse Brasel. He grew up in the Anthon area and graduated from River Valley High School in Correctionville, Iowa with the class of 1995. He served his country in the Army Reserves for three years. Terry worked at various jobs over the years and was currently employed the last 5 years at AGP in Salix, Iowa. Terry enjoyed playing video games, golfing, darts, and playing pool. He was a real country man at heart. Survivors include his children, a son, Tyler Ray Black of Anthon and a daughter, Michele Lynn Heinse of Holstein, Iowa; his parents, Kevin Heinse and his wife, Diane, of Anthon and Norma Brasel and her husband, Bill, also of Anthon; his sisters, JoLynn Huffman and her husband, Clark, of Anthon and Nikki Heinse and Nathanial Beers of Sioux City; his fiancee, Dana Brasel of Anthon; a niece, Alexis Poppens; a nephew, Lathaen Heinse several step siblings, and many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Terry was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Wilma Heinse; and his maternal grandparents, Wilbur and Rosemary Ankrum.
