Judy Heck, age 78, of Onawa, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at her residence of Onawa, Iowa.
A Private Family & Friends Graveside Service was held in the Kennebec Cemetery of Castana, Iowa.

On June 16, 1943, Judy Heck was born into this life in Onawa, Iowa. She was the daughter of Burnell and Ester (Taylor) Young.
Judy was blessed with three children: Kenny, Pete, and Jodie. She adored her children and enjoyed staying at home to raise them. Judy was an excellent cook and is fondly remembered for her homemade bread. In her free time Judy liked riding horses, crocheting, gambling, tending to her flower beds, and spending time with family when she was able.
Survivors include her children Pete (Tara) Wright of Onawa, Iowa and Jodie (Chris) Shaw of Onawa, Iowa; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren with one on the way; and sister Murray Young of Boise, Idaho.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents Burnell and Ester Young; son Kenny Wright; husband Pete Wright; and brother Dennis Young.
