ξCecil C. McKenna, 80, of Barling, Arkansas, entered into rest Wednesday, May 13, 2015. He was born September 4, 1934 in Oto, Iowa. He attended Christ The King and was a member of the American Legon and V.F.W. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clement McKenna and Eva Ives-McKenna, his wife Marlene Sue McKenna and one Daughter, Deidre Lewis. He is survived by three daughters, Tammy Cain and husband Freddy of California, Michelle Robine and husband Joseph of Greenwood and Cheryl McKenna of Barling, one Son, Michael McKenna and wife Vanessa of Van Buren, one Brother, Bill McKenna and wife Coleen of Garretson, South Dakota, two Sisters, Cathy Rondfelt and husband Clayton of Grinnell, Iowa and Carolyn Meyer of Anthon, Iowa, seven Grandchildren, Briana, Zach, Dakota, Kaitlyn, Ashton, Mabrey and Ava. Services will be Saturday, May 23, 2015, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Oto, Iowa with Rev. Dan Greving officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at Oto with military graveside honors provided by the American Legion Henry McKenna Post #651 of Oto. Visitation will be Friday, May 22 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Armstrong Funeral Home in Anthon, Iowa. The family is receiving condolences on line at www.armstrongfuneral.com
